The ideal candidate should be able to develop a strong relationship with the customer contacts and gain their trust as a member of the Hub team supporting their business while on site in the customer’s office.

Duties To Include

Answering general customer questions

Communicating customer needs to the rest of the team in the Hub office

Providing shipment status updates upon request

Appointment scheduling

Paperwork retrieval on delivered shipments

Finalizing shipment data for invoicing.

Additional duties that may be required to support the customer on site in their office.

Minimum Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have the following experience:

5-10 years in a transportation or shipping related position preferred

2 years in a customer service related position

General knowledge of LTL, TL, and IML mode of transportation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word

Highly effective communication, both verbal and written

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focused

Salary:

Up to $20.00/hour

This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting; however, it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
