Clutch is looking for a People & Culture Manager with agency experience for a position with a client of ours.
Responsibilities
Provide support, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and embody the company values, championing your teams.
Organize and facilitate the annual team meetings efficiently.
Drive performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and cultivate a culture of motivation and growth.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all team members.
Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, oversee interviewing, and onboard new hires seamlessly.
Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee-centric policies and procedures.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and eliminate operational obstacles, ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed.
Plan and execute engaging internal events in collaboration with team leads and other departments.
Maintain meticulous HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations effectively.
Empower team members by providing guidance, support, and addressing their questions and concerns.
Network at industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to build strong relationships and stay current in the field.
Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Serve as a company advocate by promoting the company values, mission, and services.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in HR or related field.
Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing, organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
