**Required Skills:**

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate resource management across creative and design, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager who leads resourcing across Creative X

2. Partner with Discipline leadership to determine strategic, creative resourcing solutions for current project needs and forecasting for future growth

3. Build meaningful relationships with our creative and design team members

4. develop an understanding of their skillsets and experience to ensure they are assigned to projects that align with their capabilities

5. Assist in contractor recruitment by coordinating interviews and meetings, conducting candidate outreach, and managing contractor relationships

6. Ensure our contractor program is optimized for our budget and priorities, working alongside cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure that our contractor force is fully utilized

7. Independently assess project requirements against comprehensive, cross-functional creative briefs, making autonomous talent decisions that serve the best interests of all stakeholders

8. Develop new team structures, ways of working and innovative approaches to tackle complex creative challenges

9. Track and report on resource capacity planning

10. Support long-lead planning with the Creative Leadership and Program Management Leads to build teams, frameworks and systems that best support key initiatives, campaigns and projects

11. Support the onboarding and immersion of new hires

12. Support the success of our creative awards program by leading through case study development and award entry submissions with creative teams

**Minimum Qualifications:**

13. 6+ years working in resource management at a creative agency, production studio or client side

14. Experience working with and navigating marketing and creative organizations

15. Experience in Resource Management tools such as Monday, Asana and/or Workfront

16. Experience managing and onboarding freelancers, vendors, agencies, or contractors

17. Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working in a rapidly changing environment

18. Proven understanding of end-to-end creative & marketing process

19. Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and has experience to multitasking
