**Responsibilities**

**Portfolio Management:** Ensures the project portfolio is accurate and up to date for assigned initiatives. Work with PMs and stakeholders as the voice of the customer. Identify, communicate and mitigate risks. Communicate and remove barriers to project success.

**Governance:** Partners with hospital executives on technology ideation, vetting and decision making. Demonstrates a strong command of the hospital’s clinical and business plans and understands how they intersect with our technology services.

**Escalations and Problem Resolution:** Serves as the primary point for the hospital partners and team members to escalate technology problems with projects and routine operations. Skilled in independently assessing issues and owning the engagement of the appropriate stakeholders to resolution. Communicate issue status and resolution to hospital stakeholders.

**Expert Advising:** Serves as an expert advisor for technology solutions to support strategic initiatives/goals.

**Relationship Management (market):** Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital and market leaders at all levels. Create relationships where the hospital partners consider the Account Manager their primary point of contact for any technology interests and challenges.

**Relationship Management (Ascension Technologies):** Develop a network of trust based relationships with peers throughout the larger AT organization with whomever is needed to directly engage to explore opportunities and overcome challenges.

**Team Culture:** Contribute to a culture of accountability and collaborative problem solving. Approach work in a way that demonstrates a "we" culture. Assume “best intentions” of others. Lead by example.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
