Contract Duration: 24 Months
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Business facing experience, has written design specs, communicated to the business groups.

What You Will Be Doing
Handle UAT on a Scrum team for one of the apps.
Will analyze user stories to create and execute test cases.
Do peer review on other’s test cases for that app.
Production validation, doing testing to ensure code is accurate before release.
Document test cases and risk research and create test plans.
Record test progress and results.
Identify and track issues throughout testing.
Perform manual and automated testing.
Consult with users providing advice and direction.
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
Research system features being tested.
Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy.
Log, track, and verify resolution of software and specification defects.
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff.
Analyze stories to identify test cases and scenarios.
Write scripts.
Perform peer reviews.
Execute scripts.
Log defects.
Perform demonstrations of system changes.
Analyze stories for risk/approach in production validation, provide direction to less experienced testers on scripting for validation, and participate in production validation for code installs.
Create testing documentation including traceability matrices, sign off communications and other artifacts as needed.
Recommend and implement process changes.
Act as a mentor to less experienced testers.
Assign work to testers.
Monitor progress of scripting and execution to ensure deadlines for testing are met.
Build and maintain relationship with product team.
