Generation Justice (GJ) is seeking a seasoned, organized, and great communicator. Working closely with the GJ Director, this position supports all operational aspects, including payroll and human resources. This team player will have exceptional organizational skills and experience in non‑profit operations and systems development.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Oversight of Budgeting & Payroll
Prepare budgets for Board of Directors
Support ongoing operations, structure, and programs
Human Resources / Staff Development
Grant and Contract Management
Systems Management and Data Collection and Tracking
Other Information / Requirements
Part‑time, contract position (20–25 hrs/week)
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the GJ mission
Professionalism
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations Management
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Fluency with Google and Microsoft, especially Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to pass a background check
