Electrical Service Manager_

Description:

Open Position will lead our ATI service team and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, leadership, mentorship, accounting, job costing, and exceptional customer service skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to lead and motivate teams of 5 or more employees.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Reviewing and executing contracts

Experience Requirements:

+ Service inventory reconciliations

+ Expert knowledge of investor-owned utilities, tariffs, and customer contract cash flows

+ Experience in sales, conflict resolution, and customer service

+ Experience in service ERP and CRM systems

Education Requirements:
