Job Duties
Manage with integrity, honesty and promote the company’s culture, vision, and mission
Make schedules and make sure the restaurant is staffed and set up for business, while being in line with labor standards
Lead by example, enforce company standards, and invest in employees through coaching and training
Coordinate communication between FOH and BOH staff to ensure adherence to our one-house philosophy
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
Keep team members accountable to performance standards through the lens of humanity
Ensure opening/mid-day/closing daily check lists are completed.
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while always looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
Bring any customer, food quality, team member, and other issues to the SGM to come up with a plan for effective resolution
Monitor online reviews and make recommendations to the SGM for ways to improve the customer experience
Work side-by-side with team members to promote training and team member performance at all workstations in FOH and BOH operations
Build relationships with vendors, leadership, and members of your restaurant team to ensure successful shop operations
Monitor and adhere to control systems while reinforcing safety awareness in the store.

Requirements
3+ years of previous restaurant experience and at least one year of management experience.
High school diploma or GED
MAST Certification, Food Handlers Permit, Alcohol Serving Permit.
Successfully demonstrated experience of running the floor 8+ hours per day in high volume stores.
Ability to have a flexible schedule to meet operational needs
Physical demands: sitting, walking, bending, lifting, crouching, twisting, kneeling, and other physical activities related to a high-volume restaurant environment.
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills and can listen attentively to guests and team members.
Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
Strong customer service, quality focus, leadership ability and decision-making skills.
