Responsibilities Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates. Develops performance standards and evaluates work performance of employees Provides advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on work and administrative matters. Improves or increases the quality of the work supervised. Consults with key managers and stakeholders to ensure that all implications are identified, weighed, and considered in study and discussion of effective and efficient resource use and distribution. FOR GS-14: You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity.
