Job Details

Work in a team environment with social workers, care management, integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition, physicians, and advanced providers
Will consider full or part-time employment
Outpatient only
No nights or weekends!
Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5:30 pm
Requirements NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant
Experience working with HIV patients
American Academy of HIV Medicine Certification would be a plus
Experience working in population health management
