The Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide a wide range of legal support for its business information solutions and strategic alliance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, advising on risk assessment and regulatory reviews for new products, and ensuring compliance with a variety of laws, including those related to consumer protection and data privacy. This role demands a professional with the ability to learn and adapt, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain the highest standards of thoroughness and diligence.
