Looking for a Sr. person, even to lead her current resources on the team to help get them more organized Person we're replacing was super attention to detail as well as helping the juniors grow-- doing their code reviews and doing them properly
This would be a Sr. person in the code
Also needs to be hands on-- will be leading a lot of projects, either skilling up the devs
Working with business partners-- communication needs to be very good
Ability to discuss technical terms and turn it into non-technical terms
Tech skills: .Net 6
Cloud experience is unnecessary
Refactoring old technology into new technology
Issue with older dev's is that they're not keeping their skills up to date
