Job TitleLooking for a senior person, even to lead her current resources on the team to help get them more organized.Person we're replacing was super attention to detail as well as helping the juniors grow-- doing their code reviews and doing them properly.This would be a senior person in the code.Also needs to be hands on-- will be leading a lot of projects, either skilling up the devs.Working with business partners-- communication needs to be very good.Ability to discuss technical terms and turn it into non-technical terms.Tech skills:.Net 6Cloud experience is unnecessaryRefactoring old technology into new technology
