Position: Plant Controller
Compensation: $110k to $140k + 15% bonus potential
Benefits:

Reports to: CFO

Team: CFO, Corporate Controller, This position
Hours/Schedule: Typically 40-45 hours a week
Software: Strong Excel required. SAP experience is a plus
Job Description:
Oversee and manage financial operations of the manufacturing group including oversight of costing
Assist monthly financial statement preparation
Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for the plant
Perform routine account analysis and reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial information related to inventory
Review inventory and sales data partnering with respective teams to ensure accuracy within ERP system
Implement and maintain internal controls policies and testing
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics. Engineering Degree considered.
MBA or CPA preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Plant manufacturing operations experience is a plus
