Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using AWS and Node.js.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements scalable APIs.
Implement APIs and optimize performance for high-volume mobile applications.
Participate in architectural and design discussions, influence the technical direction of the project.
Ensure code quality, testability, and maintainability by writing clean,efficient, and tested code.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, from network and database to API and application code.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in backend development and apply them to the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Backend Developer with proficiency in Node.js and AWS.
Strong understanding of backend architecture and microservices.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with infrastructure as code in AWS.
Knowledge of GraphQL and other modern API technologies.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
