Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) | Sacramento, CA | Salary: $180K-$220K
This person will have direct responsibility for all aspects of a single large, complex project or for multiple small/mid-size projects. They lead all phases of a project through its life cycle, including estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction, safety, and quality assurance activities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Sr. Project Manager, healthcare, business acquisition, and pre-con experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years progressive experience strong project background in our core markets of Education, Science/Technology, Civic and/or Healthcare, including a project portfolio with key market clients, building types, and varied delivery methods. For this specific position, strong Healthcare experience in the Sacramento region is preferred.
Industry certifications/accreditation, including OSHA 10, LEED AP, and/or DBIA.
Proficient with computer applications.
Knowledge of Viewpoint or Vista is a plus.
Ability to develop a detailed project schedule.
Solid understanding of the building permit process and of all trades, including MEP.
Experience leading and maintaining the highest-level in construction safety practices.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to effectively lead teams.
Strong skill set as a builder and in project management, with a solid record of success.
