What You Will Do:

Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals to significantly drive Ringba’s revenue.

Customer-Centric Selling: Prioritize and understand the needs of Ringba’s customers, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new markets and opportunities to expand Ringba's footprint.

Collaborative Sales Strategies: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional customer journey.

What We are Looking For:

Industry Expertise: Demonstrated expertise and comprehensive knowledge in Pay Per Call, AdTech, or a related industry, including familiarity with its key technologies and industry practices.

Remote Work Success: Demonstrated success in a remote home office environment.

Sales Mastery: A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. We need a team player!

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to devise creative solutions to complex challenges. You will operate as both a hunter and gatherer by demonstrating the highest level of customer service experience.

Leadership: Effective leadership skills focused on enhancing team performance and achieving sales goals.

Sales Tools: Proficient with CRM software such as ZenDesk, SalesForce, or Amazon Copper, along with other tools for managing and tracking sales activities.

Data-Driven: Skilled in analyzing sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Bonus Points For:

Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with major AWS services, data pipelines, and NoSQL databases.
