Experienced Contract Vendor Manager Opportunity
Requirements For Contract Vendor Manager Role
Holds good standing membership in at least one US state bar or possesses a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Position entails a Hybrid onsite/remote work setup.
Proficiency in contract analysis is necessary.
Responsibilities Of a Contract Vendor Manager
Compliance and Due Diligence:
Ensure compliance of Third Party contracts with corporate, state, federal, and regulatory requirements, particularly focused on Federal consumer financial laws.
Conduct upfront and ongoing due diligence evaluations on Third Parties.
Contract Lifecycle Management
Develop and nurture relationships with key Business partners.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, initial drafting, obtaining approvals from Business, Legal, and other stakeholders, execution, and ensuring ongoing compliance.
Support Legal in reviewing Third Party contract templates.
Conduct annual reviews of contracts and manage renewals, amendments, or terminations as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and approvals.
Ensure contracts include necessary service levels, quality standards, security measures, performance metrics, and financial terms.
Facilitate documentation and reviews to meet corporate requirements.
