**Description**
* Working manager with ability to perform on-site service and schedule team of service engineers for start-up, warranty and non-warranty service.
* Respond to customer technical inquiries with a high degree of troubleshooting skill.
* Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with all customers and promote sales growth.
* Work independently and provide guidance to sales, engineering and customers.
* Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other service personnel.
* Complete and submit field service reports.
* Provide operator training and system maintenance for customers.
* Perform other job duties as assigned.
* Travel required 80-95%

* Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience
* Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; including non-routine solutions.
* Able to communicate effectively with customers
* Capable of managing more than one project at a time and meet deadlines
* Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
* Ability to generate new business
* Literate in MS office & AutoCAD.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
