Responsibilities: Daily Calls – number set by management.

Daily Emails – number set by management.

Professional phone skills, proper contextualization for texting and email correspondence.

Build rapport and develop lasting relationships.

Ability to use consultative selling skills when assisting customers in selecting a vehicle.

Ask pertinent questions and listen carefully to customer’s answers.

Daily build and develop product knowledge to be a Subaru expert.

Keep up with the latest product offerings, optional packages, and technologies.

Demonstrate product knowledge on all new/used vehicles in inventory.

Automotive Sales Experience, preferably Subaru Sales experience.

Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru required dress code.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
