The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth seeks a dynamic and experienced Association Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department. This pivotal role oversees the development and implementation of our IT strategy, ensuring the delivery of innovation solutions that support our mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. It is a requirement that the candidate lives in the community that the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth serves.

Education: The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading IT departments and successfully implementing technology solutions.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and data management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
Demonstrated commitment to the YMCA's mission and values, with a passion for leveraging technology to support community initiatives.
