Come Art Director, gestirai la unit design composta da 5-6 professionisti con skill e attitudini diverse. In questo ruolo, sarai il coordinatore e mentore del team, giocando un ruolo chiave nella definizione della direzione artistica e supervisione del processo creativo.
Sarai responsabile della direzione artistica, della supervisione del team creativo, dell’assegnazione dei compiti, del mentoring, oltre alla gestione efficace del flusso di lavoro e del rispetto dei tempi di consegna.
Contribuirai allo sviluppo della linea creativa per progetti di comunicazione digitale, supervisionando attentamente la UX e la UI di progetti digital.
Collaborerai attivamente con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze, guidando il reparto verso la realizzazione di diversi output creativi.
Parteciperai attivamente a riunioni e brainstorming con altro personale interno come project manager, strategist, copywriter e altre parti interessate.

Qualità richieste: Minimo 5 anni di esperienza professionale come Art Director
Eccezionali capacità di leadership e di gestione delle risorse e team working
Conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione creativa e digitale Adobe
Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta in lingua inglese
Comprovata esperienza nella gestione della strategia creativa in contesti omnichannel
Abilità nell’ideazione di concetti creativi innovativi e out of the box
Esperienza in agenzia di comunicazione integrata e conoscenza del settore
Capacità di multitasking e di gestione di più progetti contemporaneamente
Conoscenza dei principali tool per la gestione del lavoro e dei team
Esperienza di lavoro in contesti internazionali
