About The Position:
Landmark has an immediate need for energetic, multi-tasking, detail-oriented team members to join our Service Department Monday through Friday 12 PM to 9 PM. This position entails greeting and assisting our service guests and scheduling appointments in a high call volume environment. Qualifications
Clear, friendly phone voice and comfortable carrying conversations on the phone
Team player with a positive attitude and energy
Ablility to multi-task, self motivate and manage one’s own time
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong computer skills
Coachable personality with a mindset that strives for growth and improvement
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Punctual and reliable
Responsibilities Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers.
Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
Update customer files accordingly in software with notes describing interactions.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
