The Systems Administrator will have three-plus years of experience in a senior support role, strong technical skills, be personable with clients and internal staff, and have a positive attitude that inspires growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide complex technical support to FUSE3 customers
Set up and configure individual network users
Assist in a variety of IT projects
Maintain accurate notes and time entries in the ConnectWise Ticketing System and control records
Perform network startup and shutdown procedures
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Research, recommend and implement new technology
Mentor less experienced technical support staff
Experience and Skills
3-5 years of troubleshooting and administration of Windows PCs, Server Hardware, and Server Operating Systems.
3-5 years of experience in building, deploying, and troubleshooting networks and network hardware.
Microsoft 365 administration including but not limited to Office, Intune, Entra ID, etc.
Active Directory, Group Policy, Virtualization technologies (Microsoft Hyper-V in particular), common backup technologies, network printing, and faxing.
Experience with ConnectWise, Sophos, VoIP, and previous MSP experience is highly preferred.
Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be an excellent team player who can also work independently.
Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver under desks, and be able to cable new workstation arrangements/setups.
Driver's license and appropriate insurance required. The position will be based in Fair Oaks, CA, and will require travel to its surrounding areas.
Willingness to participate in the On-Call program.
