About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Division Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of divisional business plans, budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the financial integrity of the division. This role involves close collaboration with the Division President and the Corporate Controller to support decision-making, identify new profit opportunities, and oversee the division's financial performance. The VP of Finance will also be a key member of the executive management team, participating in the formulation of business strategies and leading initiatives to improve profitability and achieve low-cost producer status in the marketplace.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, and a current CPA license or be willing to obtain licensure. Experience in the homebuilding industry and a proven track record in executive finance or accounting roles are essential. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
