JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
+ Periodically tours facility and grounds, examine doors, windows, and ensure proper working order
+ Reports any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director
+ Reports in communication log and to manage any incidents
+ Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
+ Ability to multi task
+ Prior experience as a Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility a BIG PLUS
