Posting Job Summary:
The Area Manager has operational responsibility for assigned district location(s) within their Area with accountability for overall effectiveness as measured by their Areas record on safety, the customers experience, operating KPI performance, while maintaining operational efficiencies through effective management of their staff and assets. The AM manages their multi-unit network of district operations by training, developing and motivating their employees to complete their daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to manage in a multi-unit setting
Can train, inspire and motivate employees to function in an environment with minimal daily supervision
Is committed to world class safety and customer service
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required, college degree strongly preferred
Five or more years experience in a related management role. Experience in the propane industry is a plus.
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required

The pay for this position ranges from $87,000.00 to 127,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
This is the Companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. The Company offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts to our benefits-eligible employees. Additional benefits include retirement savings plans like 401(k) and paid days off such as parental leave, military leave, vacation/paid time off, sick leave in compliance with state law, as applicable, paid holidays, and disability coverage.
