OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! This person will drive our “Right People, Right Results” philosophy by identifying and attracting top technical and non-technical talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with department managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify skills among entry level through senior level technical and non-technical candidates to accurately match their attributes with open positions.
Manage all phases of the recruiting process from end to end; source, screen, interview, and serve as primary contact throughout interview process for a high volume of requisitions.
Source, review, and screen candidates to present to hiring managers.
Create and place job postings and advertisements.
Assess candidates’ skills and experience to determine the best fit within the organization.
Leverage and develop online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to identify and recruit top talent.
Participate regularly in networking events, open houses, and job fairs.
Develop an understanding of Custom’s organizational structure and the positions that exist within each division and department.
Maintain relationships with tech schools, colleges and universities to attract upcoming and recent graduates for full-time positions.
Conduct and monitor pre-employment assessments, backgrounds, and reference checks.
Conduct in-depth telephone, video and in person interviews while promoting CCS reputation as a great place to start and grow a career.
Update and maintain company ATS (Taleo) and ensure proper configuration for optimal recruiting process.
Ensure adherence to company recruiting process and accuracy of documentation.
Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies.
Assist with company employment branding initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, staffing or similar background coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical recruitment a plus.
Proactive and independent.
Extremely organized while juggling in a fast paced, high volume, environment.
Love using social media tools to find the perfect candidate.
Experienced with any Applicant Tracking System (Taleo a plus).
Demonstrated strong academic performance and aptitude.
Computer literate – proficient in MS Office, email and Internet sourcing
Bachelor’s degree.
