Key Duties: Execute routine and advanced repair, maintenance, and aircraft servicing tasks autonomously.

Handle intricate aircraft procedures, including the diagnostic, removal, fitting, calibration, and examination of flight control systems, landing apparatus, and more.

Guide and develop fellow team members, adhering to technical schematics, OEM guidelines, and internal procedural benchmarks.

Analyze and implement directives from service bulletins, airworthiness notices, and modification blueprints.

Ensure team adherence to high-quality standards and work precision through meticulous inspection.

Log all aircraft-related activities as per regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to meet production objectives efficiently and economically.

Identify, organize, and procure necessary parts and materials for project execution.

Experience with BBJ, 737-7/8/900 models is advantageous.
