Job Description: Experienced Electrical Engineer (High-Speed Design)
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in high-speed electronic design to join our team. In this role, you will lead hardware development projects for high-speed serial data communication products, manage project timelines, and interface with internal departments.
Key Skills Required:
System/board level design experience, focusing on high-speed circuit design, embedded platforms, CPU/memory interfaces, layout, and simulation (10+ years).
Leadership experience in leading development projects/teams (minimum 5 years).
Proficiency in high-speed (20Gbps or higher) design methodologies and simulation tools (Hspice, Hyperlynx or similar).
Familiarity with bus technologies such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SAS/SATA.
Hands-on experience with PCB layout and simulation, including layouts exceeding 20Gbps.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, EMC/EMI control, schematic entry tools, and test/measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Master's preferred).
Experience in network product companies developing high-speed serial interfaces and circuits.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
