Senior Delivery LeadGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role serves as a program delivery manager responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the Audit and Risk technology portfolio. The Senior Delivery Lead will own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments, ensuring seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams.Responsibilities:Drive the end-to-end delivery of multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholder groupsEstablish and manage program governance, operating models, steering committees, and executive reporting structuresDeliver complex initiatives involving technology, risk, audit, compliance, and control functionsEnsure auditability, traceability, and compliance throughout the program lifecycleManage regulatory commitments, audit findings, and remediation programsTranslate business, audit, and risk requirements into executable technology roadmapsEstablish governance, controls, monitoring, and risk management practices for AI-driven capabilitiesRequirements:10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs, transformations, or strategic initiatives within highly regulated environmentsStrong understanding of Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control frameworksExperience supporting regulatory, governance, and audit-driven initiatives within financial services or similarly regulated industriesStrong understanding of enterprise technology delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid)Experience with Agile tools such as JiraUnderstanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Responsible AI principlesProven ability in program planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and critical path managementDesired skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fieldMBA or advanced degreePMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), Agile, or equivalent certificationsFinancial services industry experienceFamiliarity with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, AI governance frameworks, and regulatory technology solutionsPay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
