The IT Network & Security Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity program, cloud environments, networks, and end-user support services throughout the United States. This role provides both strategic leadership and hands‑on technical expertise to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company systems, data, and technology resources. The position will oversee cybersecurity initiatives, IT operations, disaster recovery planning, compliance requirements, and technology modernization efforts while supporting business growth and operational excellence. The IT Network & Security Manager will partner with business leaders to implement scalable, secure, and cost‑effective technology solutions that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

The IT Network Security Manager will directly serve the people and technology that create and support security solutions that help keep communities, job sites, and critical assets safe.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute WCCTV's U.S. IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology strategy. [IT Manager
Manage and secure corporate networks, cloud platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and critical business systems.
Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Endpoint Management environments.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, including vulnerability management, patching, monitoring, incident response, and penetration testing.
Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, backup integrity, and system resilience across all locations.
Lead IT support operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
Support compliance initiatives, audits, security certifications, and organizational policies, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and data privacy requirements.
Manage IT vendors, technology budgets, software licensing, and strategic technology investments.
Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, access management, hardware lifecycle management, and security awareness training.
Partner with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that support growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network administration experience.
3+ years in an IT leadership or management role.
Experience supporting multi-location environments.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Experience with cybersecurity audits and compliance programs.

Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Core Competencies Cybersecurity & Risk Management – Strong knowledge of security frameworks, threat mitigation, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Network & Cloud Infrastructure – Expertise in managing enterprise networks, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based technologies.
Strategic IT Leadership – Ability to develop technology roadmaps, manage budgets, lead projects, and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Compliance & Governance – Experience supporting ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, data privacy requirements, and cybersecurity audits.
Problem Solving & Communication – Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and may require occasional travel to company locations. The role requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods and to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position may also perform other duties assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
