We are opening a new location in Ludlow, MA. This is a unique opportunity to help establish a patient-centered treatment program from the ground up.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Supervisor is to supervise clinical staff and ensuring quality services are delivered to patients. The Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and Everest Recovery policy and procedures.
Ensure quality patient care.
Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
Review and approve clinical documents as required including but not limited to: Patient discharge paperwork, Clinical Quantitative reports, Patient Services and Treatment agreements.
Perform chart audits in compliance with State, Federal, CARF, and Everest Recovery protocols.
Assess client level of care.
Conduct treatment plan review as required.
Perform annual reviews as needed.
Participate in take home reviews ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate orientation and training.
Supervision of clinical staff in accordance with meeting state requirements
Maintain Clinical Supervision Logs
Crisis intervention.
Liaison with Community.
Work to maintain the emotional health of the clinic.
Serve as HIV/AIDS Coordinator responsible for overseeing confidential HIV risk assessment and access to counseling and testing; staff, patient, and resident HIV/AIDS and hepatitis education; and Department requirements for admission, service planning and discharge of HIV positive patients or residents.
Serve as Tobacco Education Coordinator responsible for assisting staff in implementing BSAS guidelines for integrating tobacco assessment, education and treatment into program services.
Other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
Requirements An individual who is a LADC I, or other independently licensed individual who has at least a master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, mental health, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work; and two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience; and at least one year full time equivalent year of clinical supervisory experience.
