Subcontract Program Management ManagerYou will be the Subcontract Program Management Manager for the Advanced Programs Program Management Subcontract Team. Our team is responsible for leading subcontract managers to deliver cost, schedule, and technical performance within the Advanced Programs portfolio. As the Subcontract Program Management Manager you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency within the Global Supply Chain organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans, addressing risk and program capture needs.Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure successful subcontract execution and on-time delivery.Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strategic vision, and drives results that matter.
