About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director, Creative Production to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the senior creative lead for a range of clients focused on historically underestimated audiences. This critical role involves managing all content development efforts and ensuring that creative solutions are impactful and rooted in audience insights. The Director will guide the creative process, work closely with the Audience Strategy team, and be responsible for the visual direction of marketing campaigns and branding assignments. A strong background in social media marketing and a deep understanding of all social platforms are essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in content production, with a preference for those with a background in a marketing agency. The role at the company is highly collaborative, and the Director will be expected to partner with in-house and freelance production staff to bring ideas to life. Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects and provide and receive feedback.
