Job Title: Recruiter Subject Matter Expert
Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing direct recruiting assistance to designated client groups. In addition, this role will partner with key external organizations to advance recruitment opportunities for FedWriters. Help grow the company, one hire at a time.
Responsibilities Include
Hiring candidates for positions requiring active TS/SCI/CI Poly
Partnering with hiring managers and the director of operations to meet business objectives
Proactively establishing and identifying recruiting process enhancements to ensure a strong candidate pipeline for multiple skillsets
Prioritizing recruiting activities (sourcing, interview days, offer management, etc.)
Assisting managers with defining and validating key position requirements (e.g., defining education, experience, technical knowledge, and competencies)
Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates
Crafting and communicating recruiting strategies and provide timely updates to hiring managers
Conducting phone screens for all candidates submitted
Tracking candidate and requisition progress
Reviewing interviewers' recommendations and participating in selection hiring discussions
Negotiating, preparing, and extending verbal offers
Ensuring all contingencies are met prior to the new hire orientation
Required Qualifications And Skills
5+ years of proven experience as a recruiter
3+ years of experience hiring candidates for positions requiring active TS/SCI/CI Poly
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Familiarity with ATS
Results-oriented, customer-service focused
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations
Capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed individuals in multiple staff levels
An understanding of compensation and benefits from a recruiting standpoint
Experience recruiting in a corporate setting supporting government contracts
Experience recruiting candidates with clearances
Desired
Bachelor's or advanced degree
Client management/advisory skills
Sourcing expertise
Business acumen
Experience with process management/driving processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Setting And Environment
Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Work is to be performed remotely
