Technology Director, lululemon USA Inc., Seattle, WA. Oversee and contribute to the successful design, development, and implementation of technology to run global commerce and transaction capabilities across Retail and B2B channels as well as cross channel enterprise services of Inventory and Payments. This scope includes Point-of-Sale and related services, B2B/strategic sales technology, Asset Protection Technology, and Next Gen Commerce for Stores and GEC. Responsible for cross-channel enterprise services: Enterprise Inventory Service, Payments (including fraud detection). Develop workforce plan and operating model including FTEs (in North America and India), contingent workers, and vendors. Direct strategy and roadmaps for the department in support of business capabilities. Influence across peers, senior technology leaders, and business leaders in support of achieving overall company goals. Accountable for department-level opex and capex budgets exceeding $25M. Accountable for successful delivery of project and programs through multiple technology teams and in alignment with business stakeholders.
Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
Telecommuting permitted up to 25%.

[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS]{.underline} [:]{.underline}
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, and 8 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience).
Must have 5 years of experience leading complex, global technology initiatives.
Must have 5 years of people management experience including leading technology delivery through others.
Must have 5 years of experience with Retail commerce technology.
Must have 5 years of experience working with and leading initiatives in the following areas:
Point-of-Sale platforms and connected services.
Payments technology including retail payment hardware, gateways, processors, and integrations.
Enterprise services supporting an omni-channel retail business, particularly in the areas of payments and inventory.
CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins and GIT and other open-source platforms.
Microservices, DevOps tools, and Java frameworks.
Development of cloud-based solutions with continuous deployment, agile methodology, and automated testing.
Must have 2 years of experience working with AWS, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
Must have 2 years of experience leading cloud cost management initiatives.
Must have 2 years of experience managing department-level budgets.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $243,595.00 -- $263,595.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
