The Sr Analyst (Rev Rec / Leases) will be a key member of the lease accounting and revenue controllership team. This role will interpret and apply complex accounting rules to real estate, fleet, and equipment leases that NCR Voyix enters in to as well as assist in reviews of significant revenue activity. General duties will include collecting, reading, and abstracting leases, and revenue contracts, entering abstracted lease data into lease management software, reviewing complex accounting schedules and journal entries, and working cross-functionally across the organization with teams around the world. Key Areas of Responsibility

+ Partner with the procurement and business teams to collect all leases entered into worldwide, including modifications and terminations of lease agreements

+ Read, abstract, and enter lease data into our lease accounting software

+ Review lease accounting schedules and journal entries in accordance with ASC 842 and internal policies

+ Be a finance partner between accounting and the businesses in regard to their lease portfolio by utilizing Big Data

+ Consult as necessary with our technical accounting research team for complex transactions

+ Perform account reconciliations

+ Prepare required 10-Q/10-K lease disclosures

+ Be responsible for ensuring our lease accounting process stays in compliance with all internal policies and SOX controls, including maintaining adequate documentation of control performance

+ Perform continuous analysis to identify and implement process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and cost saving initiatives while ensuring process quality

+ Perform reviews of significant revenue activity and customer contracts

Basic Qualifications:

+ Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance

+ 5+ years’ experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting environment

+ Experience reviewing lease accounting schedules and journal entries in accordance with ASC 842

+ Strong working knowledge of US GAAP with experience on ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers and the ability to apply relevant guidance to complex transactions

+ Well organized, detail-oriented team player with proven ability to multitask effectively and work independently

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to present accounting rules and guidance in non-technical terms for non-financial professionals

+ Knowledge of business systems and Microsoft Office applications
