As one of our Technology Engineers, you are responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, ongoing technical support and administration of the organization's audio-visual equipment. You will manage and maintain audio/video (A/V) systems, perform preventive maintenance, testing, and implement audio, video and control systems to support the enterprise requirements.

You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
You have at least 5 years of experience with AV design, planning, and project management skills in enterprise organization
You have experience designing for Zoom, Teams, Poly VC systems, video walls, AVoIP products, and advanced camera automation systems
You have working knowledge of key audio, video, and audiovisual products from major manufacturers including Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, Shure, Polycom, Cisco, QSC, and others
You possess an in-depth knowledge of installation, operation, scheduling and support of desktop and conference room VTC systems including ISDN, Inverse Multiplexers, CODECs and H.320/H.323 protocols
You have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of testing, analyses and corrective action on systems, networks, hardware and software in a Professional Audio/Video environment
You have technology vendor management experience. You've provided technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations
AVIXA CTS / CTS-D certificate a plus
Travel will be required up to 25% as needed.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,404-$178,246
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
