Qualifications
Management experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting is required
Extensive background in customer service leadership overseeing 3-10 direct reports
Proven staff development skills and expertise in team retention tactics
Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather, with flexibility for evenings and weekends
Successful completion of a pre-hire background check

Foster transparent and inspiring communication and accountability within your team
Cultivate and motivate growth in team leaders, shift leaders, and future managers
Ensure proper store staffing through recruitment, collaboration, and promotions
Manage customer and employee issues with a focus on retention and swift resolution
Develop guest rapport by assisting with car wash transactions and memberships
