Manager AI Strategy_

Conagra Brands seeks experienced and driven technologists with a robust blend of business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and technical expertise in analytics, big data, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence. Reporting to the Senior Director of AI Strategy, you will play a key role in operationalizing the vision and strategy set for Generative AI for our Commercial organization. You will work intimately with our technical and business teams to facilitate the successful deployment and scaling of AI solutions.

**What You'll Do**

+ Strategic Implementation: Work with the Senior Director to understand the broader AI vision and contribute to the development and execution of specific tactical plans and projects.

+ AI Advocacy: Promote the importance and potential of Generative AI within Conagra; showcase the art of the possible and ensure alignment with our overarching goals.

+ Dynamic AI Workshops: Facilitate workshop sessions to explore opportunities and use-cases, determining how generative AI can be used to drive value for us.

+ AI Pilot Development: Guide business use-cases from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery.

+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with IT, Data Science, product teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to align on AI-driven product roadmaps to ensure successful implementation.

+ Change Facilitation: Support initiatives aimed at promoting the adoption of Generative AI solutions, by assisting with training and communication efforts.

+ Market Insights: Stay informed about the changing landscape of Generative AI and provide insights to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.

+ Value Tracking: Collaborate with analytics and business teams to monitor and showcase the tangible benefits and results of Generative AI projects.

**What You Bring**

+ 7 years of experience producing high quality, well-regarded insights & analytics work.

+ Experience in analytics, AI/ML technology required.

+ Previous experience in strategic roles, within technology-intensive sectors. Collaboration experience with technical teams such as IT and Data Science.

+ Solid comprehension of the possible effects and applications of Generative AI.

+ Experience initiating and managing technically sophisticated projects involving big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

+ Partner, influence and rally stakeholders across different levels.

+ Experience promoting change and adoption in intricate organizational landscapes.

Days in the office: 3

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.
