Supply Chain Excellence Director

Responsible for defining, leading and supporting transformation and improvement projects in Supply Chain function within Frozen BU and responsible from promoting continuous improvement mindset.
The role is central. The person will work closely with local organizations and cross-functional teams to contribute preparation of supply chain capabilities in line with future growth , with business strategy and with customer needs & expectations. The role will drive and contribute to continuous improvement of key KPIs such as service, inventory and cost to serve.
The function
Define, lead and support Supply Chain transformation and improvement projects at group level and with local organizations.
Integrated Supply Chain Strategic Transformation program : Contribution to design of the program and ensuring delivery as per design by initiating, managing and implementing business critical projects, improvements and changes as per aligned transformation roadmap
Project management Pilot and Roll out of initiatives such as supply network optimization, planning solutions, customer and logistics strategies, cost optimizations Project management will be one of the key responsibilities of the role
Lead change management of required Supply Chain Processes Improvement of existing processes and flows delivering improvement in key KPIs such as service, cost, inventory
SC Digitalization - initiatives and tools Design and implementation of Supply Chain digitalization roadmap , define and lead selected Pilot implementations and roll outs
Group Supply Chain Dashboard Implementation of Dashboard, continuous benchmark of KPIs , countries , best practice sharing
Contribute to Master Plan realization in SC area doing analyses in SC operations; in cost, supply network, stock management etc, identifying improvement opportunities vs current situation. Proposing initiatives and best scenarios with business case / pay back assessments
Promote Continuous improvement way of working, trainings, support local project roll outs in Supply Chain area
Your profile
At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain ( planning, warehousing, logistics, customer service )
With a good knowledge of end to end supply chain management and experience with ERP (preferably SAP)
a Bachelor and/or masters degree in engineering
Strong analytical skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, great team player
With project management experience
Demonstrated experience and skills in transformation & change management
Digital savy
Challenging current practices for further improvement
Action- and result-oriented with a constant focus on delivering value
Experience in FMCG and food industry is an asset
Having consultancy experience is an asset
Requires travel around 30%
Very fluent in English
