As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support day-to-day facility operations, work with teams across the company, and help ensure employees and visitors have a positive experience in our spaces. This role may include support for remote offices, occasional multi-day travel, and occasional weekend work.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Management: Lead daily facility operations, inspect workspaces, coordinate vendor support, and complete minor plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain interior and exterior spaces, prepare rooms, and support event setup, teardown, food deliveries, and pickups.Inventory and Supplies: Track maintenance supplies, coordinate restocking, and prepare materials for daily operations and company events.Safety and Compliance: Promote workplace safety, conduct inspections, follow company policies, and maintain organized compliance records.Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with departments, communicate facility updates, respond to needs, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.PreferredExperience in a facilities coordinator or similar role.Familiarity with facility management software.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Supervising maintenance staff or porters.BenefitsWhat We Offer:Health, Dental, and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account(s)Generous PTONumerous culture eventsESOP401k matching and more!Work Environment & Physical Demands (Text Only)Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
