Qualifications & Experience of an Assistant Property Manager Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
Good understanding of basic accounting practices.
Entrata Core experience a plus.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws Preferred.
Weekend availability required.
Job Summary of an Assistant Property Manager Providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regards to the payment of rents, fees, and other charges.
