We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our accomplished Marketing team as our company continues to expand. This individual will be a motivated brand marketer to drive and deliver innovative disruptor marketing concepts and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
To be successful in this role the candidate should be able to lead all marketing functions, collaborate cross functionally and demonstrate a problem-solving approach. The candidate will also need to be an adaptive self-starter who is comfortable with taking initiative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement a comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitors, and opportunities
Create marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI for all marketing initiatives
Manage all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social events
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead-generation campaigns
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and vendors
Coach and lead the marketing team to ensure their success and development
Monitor and analyze campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring maximum ROI
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
