Arisa Health is seeking candidates for a Program Manager position to join our West Memphis Clinic facility in West Memphis. The Program Manager is the leader and administrative manager of the program. The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years of leadership experience within a mental health setting.
Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the VP of Clinical Services
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some on call after hours
What our Program Manager will do:
Recruits, trains, and retains staff necessary for program development and implementation.
Ensures program compliance with internal policy and procedure, as well as, the external regulations from CARF and other regulatory bodies.
Maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external partners - including participation in meetings relevant to the program's internal and community functions
Responsible for the overall financial performance of the assigned program including the budget.
Program Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years in a mental health setting
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as within a treatment team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize and be patient
Good time management
Good organizational and computer skills (including Excel)
Current drivers license
Preferred experience: Leadership experience with in a behavioral health setting
A substance abuse certificate
