The Role:
The Marketing Director will oversee holistic marketing for Ahimsa - from Brand through Growth marketing with a specific focus on Growth and revenue / customer generation in e-commerce and B2B sectors.. He or she will provide the Ahimsa team with marketing leadership, strategy and operational execution direction to grow the brand by hitting key marketing KPIs, sales, revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Reporting directly to the COO and CEO the Marketing Director will be focused on the development of marketing strategies, processes and measuring results.
The Team:
He or she will lead a full time project manager, social & community manager and brand designer as well as performance marketing agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a cohesive strategy across channels to deliver revenue goals, and drive efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing brand.
- Plan, orchestrate and execute go-to-market activities, including: integrated marketing campaigns, new product launches and new sales channel launches.
- Manage monthly budget and targets through bottoms-up forecasting & drive re-allocations/optimizations to deliver revenue & acquisition goals.
- Lead the performance marketing, email and web agencies to drive continual optimization of campaigns, audiences & creative.
- Oversee the organic channels inclusive of social, influencer, content, web to optimize both paid and organic channel growth.
- Implement new brand positioning across all channels including overhauling Ahimsa’s D2C e-commerce website.
- Work directly with sales and operations team for strategic implementation of product campaigns and launches
Qualifications:
- 7+ years working experience in marketing and or e-commerce
- Strong communicator, team-worker, and a bias for action.
- Analytical, data oriented and goal-driven.
- Comfortable with analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
- Has scaled early stage businesses up to $10M in revenue.
- Passion for kid’s health.
