Job Summary

As a member of our Hospitality Team, you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand, the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gif card, book an appointment, learn about our unique transformative services, or embark on a luxurious retreat, you will help facilitate each guest’s time at the spa from beginning to end.

At Woodhouse, the “why” of what we do is what drives us. Our “why” is simple; to create exceptional experiences each day one guest at a time. Providing exemplary service to our guests in a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere so they may escape the everyday stressors is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities

· This person set the example, setting the expectation for exceptional levels of service to our Woodhouse guests.

· Serve as a liaison between the therapists and the leadership team facilitating the flow of information

· Provides our Woodhouse guests with a “WOW” factor

· Opening and closing duties

· Greeting our guests and ensuring we are meeting expectations

· Checking out guests and suggesting retail products and next service

· Answering phones and making confirmation calls to guests

· Serve/restocking beverages and snacks

· Organizing the Quiet rooms and changing lounges.

· Assist with laundry as needed.

· Selling retail products and suggesting packages

Success Candidates Will Demonstrate:

· Exceptional hospitality/guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details.

· Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Administrative skills for scheduling appointments, checking emails, online purchases, and operating the point-of-sale system.

· Physical strength and stamina to walk or stand for periods of time as the job requires.

· Organization and time management skills; detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to oversee many projects at one time.

· A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn new things.

· Schedule with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
