You will partner and collaborate closely with product management and marketing, engineering, sales operations, and data science. Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process

Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements

Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products

Application Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must include your portfolio, website or other samples of work.

** Basic Qualifications:**

BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications

5+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects independently or with some support from senior ICs or Managers

Capable of influence across the respective business area, regularly engaging in cross-functional discussions, and presenting compelling narratives to stakeholders and the broader organization

Experience in delivering intuitive, engaging, and delightful design solutions for unstructured, ambiguous problems that have some dependencies on other products/teams

Strong understanding of product development practices and design processes; demonstrates proficiency in deriving and applying data/insights to problem definition, concept development, and design iteration

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
