What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:  ​

Audit, approve, and process rebate and co-op claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Define customer eligibility according to program parameters while meeting audit guidelines

Communicate promptly and effectively with Toro customers (distributors, dealers), internal personnel, and outside vendors regarding program details.

Collaborate with business teams across the company including sales, credit and marketing for claim resolution.

Offer process improvement suggestions and update process documentation as changes occur.

Document administrative program procedures​​​

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

High School diploma required. Two-year college degree emphasizing accounting, financing, marketing or general business preferred.

Specialist I: 0-2 years of experience in an analytical, data driven business process role delivering high quality work and process improvement ideas.

Specialist II: 3-5 years of experience in an analytical, data driven business process role delivering high quality work and process improvement ideas.

Ability to understand and use basic accounting principles and practices.

Demonstrate a mindset and openness for continuous improvement.

Ability to handle multiple work priorities at the same time and seek resolution as issues arise.​
